Brief Company History

Intabase Solutions Ltd developed from an earlier business, DHG, which was formed in 1998. It was initially a part time venture started by the company's founder Jamie Thornton which quickly found there was demand for small software development projects on limited timescales. As business increased it quickly became clear that the time had come for a full time presence. The DHG business was absorbed into the newly formed Intabase Solutions Ltd in January 2001 when the company officially registered with Companies House.

With a lot of determination and hard work the business built up a small but regular client base supplying consultancy services directly to the end client.

In 2003 the company was approached by our 1st technology partner to develop a complex software package. They had the ideas and skill to bring the product to market but did not have the in-house skills to develop the product. The project was a vast success and is now in its 3rd version. This represented the proof of concept the management team needed to commit to the technology partnering model long-term.
