It is our view that the energy market is going to get ever more expensive and competetive over the next decade and successful business will need to be more conscious of their energy requirements to stay profitable. The advantages of creating a business that has low or negative energy requirements is simple to understand but does not seem to be valued enough by business as a whole. On this page we are going to detail our evolving environmental policy and energy plan. If you have ideas or energy projects you think we might be interested in then contact us .
Staff and Transport Issues
As part of our green strategy we plan to optimise the travel map of the consultants and where possible utilise public/peddle transportation systems.
Our staff will promote remote access / conference systems to allow us to make less project visits and reduce project costs.
Solar Energy / Electricity
Within the next year we are planning to ask for planning permission to construct solar panels on our head office in Bournemouth to in part generate some of our electricity requirements. Also we have began to research carbon off-setting and we will be looking to invest in this to help reduce our overall carbon footprint.
